Nexus mod manager cant download

Okay, I'm posting this here because I can't acces the forums on nexus. My issues are as followed: I cannot download mods until I'm logged in. I cannot login with NMM as it cannot reach the server. I cannot update with NMM (Cannot get version information). I have the latest version 63.14 I cannot access/download NMM from NMM site. So.. I can't reinstall it.

1 Aug 2017 Most information from video one will not be repeated here and will assume DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER: Each mod on Nexus has a Files  Unable to get write permissions for: C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Install Info This would also be just like running code as root on linux/mac. The correct remedy for this would be to grant yourself write permissions to 'Games' and all sub-folders (including files) -- also you would want to take ownership of the folders.

Vortex is Nexus' new official mod manager, built by the guy who made Mod Organizer. NMM was discontinued a long time ago. Can't speak for how good it is, since I don't use it. If you really want NMM, you can get it from the github page, just keep in mind it's no longer officially supported. Any updates are community made and unofficial.
